Certification recognizes Palziv NA’s commitment to product quality and customer service

Louisburg, NC (April 3, 2013) – Palziv North America, a subsidiary of Palziv LTD, announces
that its U.S. manufacturing facility in Louisburg, NC has received ISO 9001 certification for
operational standards and working procedures.

The North Carolina plant produces Palziv Vizion™ (Block) and Fuzion™ (Continuous Roll)
product lines. Palziv Cross-Linked Vizion™ and Fuzion™ are manufactured for packaging,
automotive, construction, insulation, toys, orthopedics and other products. The facility has been in operation since 2010.

Palziv North America now operates both U.S. and Canadian facilities under Certified ISO 9001
Management Systems.
